Do you have registration problems?

Error in school code or user already registered.

If you have never registered before, the error appearing is because the school code is incorrect. Verify that it is entered correctly, always in uppercase and without spaces. The school code is only needed for registration; once registered, you can access your account with your email and access password.

I can't access my school.

You must register as a client. To register, you need a school code. Contact your center to obtain it.

I registered without a school code and can't access my school center.

I don't remember my username.

The username is the email address you provided during registration.

Forgot your password?

If you don't remember the password, you have the option to change it by clicking on "FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD?". You will be asked for your email, and a link to change your password will be sent to it.

Does the size correspond to the age?

Our sizes correspond to the child's age, taking into account the average for that age. Depending on your child's growth, you should choose a size equal to, smaller, or larger. Next to each item, you will see a size chart to help you. Click on the photo, and it will enlarge.

Has your order remained in the "initiated" state?

If your order appears in the "initiated" state, it is possible that the payment was not completed correctly for some reason. Additionally, you will notice that no charge has been generated on your bank account. Please place the order again.

What is the delivery time for orders?

Home delivery: The estimated time for most products is 48-72 hours. However, orders placed after 1:00 PM will be shipped the next business day. For products that need to be manufactured, the delivery period will be longer, between 1 and 3 weeks.

Delivery to the school: (As long as your school has enabled delivery to the school), delivery will always be free of charge. Delivery will be made once a week according to the day stipulated with your center. Schools in the province of Barcelona have enabled delivery to our facilities (COLEX UNIFORMES) at no cost.

Does my order have any shipping costs?

Home delivery: Shipping is free for orders over €70. If your order is below this amount, the shipping cost is €5.95.

Delivery to the school: (As long as your school has enabled delivery to the school), delivery will always be free of charge.

What happens to my order if the school is closed at the time of purchase?

If you place an order during a period when the school is closed (for holidays or any other circumstance), don't worry. We will hold your order and send it directly to the school once they resume their activities. This option ensures that your order will be waiting for you at the school once it is open.

My order arrived incomplete.

If any item is pending delivery, it is because it is in the manufacturing process, as indicated in the order confirmation. It will be sent within approximately 15-21 working days, at no additional cost, to the address indicated in the order. This second shipment will also be free of charge.

I'm not receiving emails.

Verify that the email address is correct and check that it is not in the spam or junk mail folder.

I want to exchange/return an item.

We do returns, not exchanges, so you must generate the return through the website and place a new order. There is a manual on how to do it on the website. The maximum return/exchange period is 30 days from the delivery date.

Don't worry, the important thing is that you process the return through the website within 30 days from the delivery date to leave a record. When the school is closed, the period is extended. Once the school is open, leave the garment in a bag. Don't forget to include the return number provided when completing the form on our website inside the package.

How long does it take to refund the amount?

Once we receive and verify the returned garments, we will refund the amount of your purchase within a maximum period of 15 days using the original payment method.

How can I cancel a return?

To cancel a return, send an email to online@colexuniformes.com, and our team will handle your request.

How to print an invoice?

You have the option to print your invoice from the website. In our "orders" section, select print invoice.

I received an incorrect or defective item

If the received item does not correspond to the order due to an error, COLEX UNIFORMES commits to sending you the correct item and will cover all return and new shipping costs, as long as the garment has not been used or damaged. Send a photo of the incorrect or defective item to online@colexuniformes.com, indicating the issue with the order number, and we will provide instructions on the next steps.

The claim period is fifteen days from the receipt of the order.
